Smoker/Obease

An employer can not hire you if you are a smoker or your obease only if these two aspects of your life affect your overall job performance.  For instance if you are a smoker and are smoking in public at the place you work at and customers go and dont like smoke the overall business will get lowered down and loose valued customers because of the smokeing allowed.  If you are obease a company can choose not to hire you because typically obease people are lazy and slack off which will lead to a really low job progression.  Another reason is that if the job that the obease person is applying for requires to move around alot obease people cant easily manuveat due to there weight.  An employer has an overall decision in hiring a person because they are the person looking for the best qualified individual to make there place of business a succesfull one.
